In Manila and Pasay, face-to-face classes in all levels were suspended starting 12 p.m. Marikina, San Juan, Navotas, Malabon, Caloocan, Mandaluyong, and Taguig also canceled afternoon classes in all levels, with Mandaluyong implementing modular and asynchronous learning instead.
